Every gate in Noida with a hand-painted To-Let board is an owner renting direct — brokers find those numbers and resell them with a fee on top. Spotters map them first: 30 seconds, and every flat-hunter on the map can call the owner straight.

The podium is empty — the first named spotter tops the leaderboard with a single board. Leave a spotter name when you map one and claim it.

How it works
1. You walk past a To-Let board — gate, balcony, guard hut, anywhere. 2. Open the map, tap Spot a board, drop the pin on the building and type the number from the board. 3. Done — it appears on the map instantly with a direct-call button, and your spotter name (pick anything, no account) earns the credit here.
Fair play: numbers come off boards that owners put up in public — mapping them just removes the broker markup from the middle. Wrong or stale numbers get community-reported off the map after 3 flags. No accounts, no tracking; the leaderboard name is whatever you type.
