After pinning you'll see the draw box — drop an email or WhatsApp number so the winner can be reached. It's stored separately from your pin and used for nothing else.

Fair-play rules

How do I enter the Pin & Win draw?
Drop an anonymous rent pin on the noidarent.com map — just your rent, BHK and the spot, no name or sign-up. On the success screen, leave an email or WhatsApp number for the draw. That pin is your entry.
Is my rent pin still anonymous if I enter the draw?
Yes. The pin itself stays fully anonymous on the map. Your contact is stored in a separate table, linked only by a private token so fake entries can be disqualified — it never appears on the map, in the API, or anywhere public, and it's deleted after the draw cycle.
What can I win and when is the winner picked?
One winner is drawn at random on the 1st of every month and gets a ₹500 Amazon gift card, sent directly on the email or WhatsApp they left. No purchase, no fee — a real rent pin is the only requirement.
Can I enter more than once?
One entry per rent pin, and at most two entries per person per month (two flatmates on the same wifi are fine). Duplicate, fake or copied pins are caught by the map's anti-fraud checks and disqualified — one honest pin is the whole game.
What stops people from pinning fake rents to win?
Every pin runs through the same trust pipeline as the rest of the map: burst detection, rent-sanity checks against the area's data, geofencing, and community reporting. Flagged pins are excluded from the draw. A fake pin costs you the entry and helps nobody.
Why this exists: rent data helps every renter negotiate, but only if people share it. The draw is a thank-you for the 30 seconds it takes. Check what your neighbours pay on the locality pages — your pin makes them better.
