An anonymous, crowdsourced rent map for Noida, Greater Noida and Greater Noida West. Renters pin what they actually pay, owners list flats directly, and seekers get matched to nearby listings — with zero brokerage anywhere in the chain.

Rent pins are 100% anonymous — no name, email, phone, or account. Listings and seeker pins need contact details so matching can work, but those are stored privately and revealed only inside a private match link shared between the two matched parties.

Three regions: Noida (the sector city — 15, 18, 62, 76, 137, 150 and everything between), Greater Noida West / Noida Extension (Gaur City, Ek Murti, Techzone-4, Bisrakh belt), and Greater Noida (Pari Chowk, Alpha/Beta/Gamma, Knowledge Park, and around). Pins outside these are rejected.

When a seeker pin and an owner listing are within 2.5 km of each other, the rent fits the seeker's budget, and the size works (a 2BHK seeker matches 2BHK or larger; room seekers match rooms), a match is created instantly and both sides get the same private link with each other's contact details.

When you submit anything you get a private manage link — that's your anonymous account. Open it anytime to view your entry, see your matches, or delete it permanently. If you lose the link, there is no recovery (we don't know which pin is yours — that's the point).

Yes — every pin is a real submission. There is no synthetic, scraped or 'market estimate' data anywhere on the site (early bootstrap estimates were deleted before launch), and every statistic shows the sample size it rests on. Several layers: sanity bounds (₹2,000–₹5,00,000/month), rate limits, bot traps, geofencing (pins in parks, lakes or outside Noida are rejected), burst detection that holds suspicious submission patterns for human review, community reporting (3 reports hide a pin, with per-network caps so one group can't brigade), duplicate weighting so the same flat never counts twice, and medians instead of averages so outliers can't move the numbers.

No. No brokerage, no listing fee, no premium tier, no selling data. There is no catch — rental data this basic should simply be public. If someone claiming to be from noidarent.com asks you for money, it's a scam.

Because information asymmetry is their business. Brokers anchor newcomers to inflated rents (plus a month's brokerage). Real pins from real renters break that anchor — which is exactly why this map exists.

Roughly ₹22,000–30,000/month in mid Noida (sectors 50, 62, 75–78), ₹28,000–38,000 in central Noida (18, 27, 44), ₹20,000–30,000 along the Expressway (137, 143, 150), ₹12,000–18,000 in Noida Extension / Greater Noida West, and ₹10,000–16,000 in Greater Noida (Alpha, Beta, Pari Chowk). Greater Noida (Alpha, Beta, Delta, Pari Chowk, Knowledge Park) is the most affordable belt, followed by Greater Noida West / Noida Extension (Gaur City, Techzone-4, Bisrakh Road). Inside Noida proper, sectors 63, 119 and 120 tend to be cheaper than the central and Expressway sectors. Trade-off is commute: check the Metro layer on the map to balance rent against connectivity.
