Privacy Policy

noidarent.com is built to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts, no trackers beyond basic server logs, and no data sales — ever.

What we store

• Rent pins: location, rent, size, furnishing, society type. Nothing identifying you — and the location shown publicly is deliberately approximate (jittered ~100 m) so a pin can never be traced to a specific flat.
• Listings & seeker pins: the above plus the contact name, email and phone you provide. These are stored privately and shown only inside a private match link when a compatible match is made — never on the public map or API.
• Abuse prevention: for rate limiting and spam control we store irreversible hashesof IP addresses, never the addresses themselves. Hosting-level access logs are subject to our host's standard retention.
• Page analytics:anonymous, cookieless usage analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog in cookieless mode) — page views and product events like "a pin was submitted", with no personal identifiers, no session recordings, no cross-site tracking, no advertising IDs.

What we never do

• No selling or sharing of data with brokers, marketers, or anyone else.

Deletion

Every submission comes with a private manage link that deletes the entry (and its matches) permanently. Losing the link means we cannot associate the entry with you — deletion requests without it can only be honored if you can describe the exact entry.

Third parties

Map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap/CARTO; your browser requests tiles directly from them, subject to their policies. Optional email notifications are sent through the SMTP provider configured by the site operator.
